Anthony Simons

Anthony Simons 'Tony' age 74 of Oconomowoc, passed away surrounded by family on Monday, November 9, 2015. Tony is survived by his loving children Steven (Janet) Simons, Lisa (Jeremy) Waters, Russel (Julie) Simons and Jennifer (Justin Osterloh) Simons, his grandchildren Amber and Alex Simons, Andrew Haimerl, Geory and Kessa Albright, Brian and Jack Simons and Luella Osterloh, and a great-grandchild Olivia Albright. He is further survived by his sister Ann Foster and his brothers Joe (Sue) Simons and Michael Simons, sister-in-law Linda Simons, long time friend Mona along with nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Tony was preceded in death by both his parents Everett and Keg and his brothers Peter and Philip. Tony loved to invent and engineer things such as his fish descaler and tinsel machine. He enjoyed science and nature and he loved his family. He worked as a mechanic at both Hornburg automotive and Big Bear Tire. His true passion was working as a blaster, building ponds with dynamite and taking down old silos. A celebration of Tony's life will be held for family and friends on Friday, November 20, 2015 at 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM all to take place at Stone Bank Fire Department in Stone Bank WI. Memorials are suggested to the family. The family would like to say a special thank you to the staff at Aurora Summit and AngelsGrace Hospice for their compassion and support.
