Arthur Konig

Arthur Konig, age 94, of Fort Myers, FL and formerly of Oconomowoc, WI passed away Sunday, May, 9, 2010. Art is survived by his loving children Dawn (Albert) Hildreth and Gay Bower, grandchildren Charles Wolfe, Peter (Elaine) Borbiro, Nicole (Timothy) Miller and a great granddaughter Gloria Miller. Art was preceded in death by his wife Gloria Konig and children Mark and Kim Konig. Visitation for Art will be Sunday May 16, 2010 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home from 2:00 P.M. until 5:00 P.M. and funeral services will be Monday at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with a visitation starting at 10:00 A.M.. Internment will follow the service at St. Jerome Catholic Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Hospice of the Chesapeake (445 Defence Highway Annapolis, MD 21401) In Arthur?s name. Art resided on Beggs Isle on Lac LaBelle and restored the Beggs Isle Boathouse. He was the past Commodore of the Lac LaBelle Yacht Club, during the bicentennial year, where he enjoyed being a Judge for LYC sailboat races for many years. He was also active in Kiwanis and enjoyed boating and tennis. He was the founder and President of Packaging Products Corp. in New Berlin, WI.
