Arthur Wayne Piepenbrink was unexpectedly called home to heaven on Monday, December 27, 2021 surrounded by his loving family. At 66, with so much vigor for life, he was taken home much too soon. He now rests with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Born on October 22, 1955 in Emma, Missouri to Rev. Willis and Elizabeth (nee Hardt) Piepenbrink. He leaves behind his beloved wife Anne E Piepenbrink (nee Remondino) of 36 years; his daughters April (Tyler) Iverson and grandson Mason Iverson, Vanette and grandson Benny Marshall, Krystal (Dylan), and son Jason (Sandy) Kos, grandson Tyler and blended family; his mother Elizabeth (nee Hardt); his sisters Eloise (Carl) Schwarz, Ruth Picchiottino, Christine (Steve) Azzarello, Linda Piepenbrink, Esther (Jim) Johnson, and Mary (Mark) Fisher; and many nieces and nephews. Arthur is preceded in death by his father Rev. Willis R. Piepenbrink, his brother-in-law Glenn Picchiottino, and his long time best buddy Dick Sanders. Arthur and Anne shared a deeply profound and lasting love; he loved her as Christ loved the church. Life was always an adventure. They often looked forward to their next chapter in life, which was to be full of many exciting adventures, working together from a motorhome while spending every day with one another. Arthur was an amazing husband and a phenomenal father. He shared with us all his wisdom, instilled in us his impeccable faith in God, showered us with his astounding love, assured our safety and security in all our endeavors, and always remembered to have a little fun. Growing up as children, we shared in his many daily adventures, enjoying the delights of slushie machines, hot dog rotisseries, go carts and many more. The memory of his humor and laugh will never be forgotten. A loving and giving person to all. He touched the lives of everyone who knew him. He was an incredible entrepreneur who loved to develop his own products and had a deep love for manufacturing his own inventions. Complex in that way, he had many different businesses throughout his life. His mind worked 24/7. He spent day and night working on his business ideas and products, with such fascination and excitement. He never gave up on his dreams and goals, even up to his last moments. No one could ever fill his shoes. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and all who have known him. May he rest in peace in the loving arms of Jesus. Dear Family & Friends, Out of respect for Arthur, his immediate family will proceed forward with a simple burial honoring his wishes. We greatly appreciate all your love & support.
