Bernice A. Jaeger

Bernice A. Jaeger age 80 of Ashippun, passed away on Monday, April 27, 2015 surrounded by her family. She is survived by her loving husband Bill of nearly 60 years and her children Dan (Deb) Jaeger and Kris (Lisa) Jaeger along with her grandchildren Stephanie (Brian) Paulson, Nicole (Kris) Jaenke, William Jaeger, Jacob Mortensen and Jordan (Jeff) Thompson. Her great granddaughters Sydney and Olivia Paulson and Deklyn Jaenke. She is further survived by her special nephew Gary Voigt along with her brother Ron (Bonnie) Frederick and her sister Janet Frederick and many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Funeral services for Bernice will be held on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 1:00 PM with gathering beginning at 12:30 PM and also a time of fellowship and reflection to follow the service in the church fellowship hall all to take place at Zion Lutheran Church in Ashippun. Memorials are suggested to the Zion Lutheran Church Memorial Fund or to the Ashippun First Responders. Bernice was a talented baker and homemaker. She loved her flowers and birds. Most of all she enjoyed time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She will be deeply missed within the community talking and sharing stories. The family would like to say a special thank you to the Ashippun First Responders and to the staff at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital for the wonderful care they gave Bernice.
