Betty Ann Kragenbrink, age 90, passed away on Saturday, February 22, 2020. She was born in Oconomowoc on January 18, 1930 to Robert Franklin and Anna (Klassy) Morgan, and enjoyed growing up on the family farm. Betty is survived by her children, Bradley (Barbara) Kragenbrink and Connie (Rodney) Rush. She was beloved grandmother to Benjamin Ryan Bratton, Kelley Ann (Khoury) Hickman, Matthew Cecil (Amber) Kragenbrink, Heather Elizabeth Ann (Jason) Myers; and great-grandmother to Maddox and Morgan Kragenbrink, Sierra Bratton, and Brienne Hickman; and sister to, Patricia Nell Bouton; and brother, Robert Franklin (Betty) Morgan; and brother-in-law, Emil Dahl. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Cecil Roy Kragenbrink in 1972; her parents; and sisters, Marilyn Lee Schoenike and Lois Mae Dahl; brothers-in-law, Donald Schoenike and Donald Bouton. Betty retired after working 20 years at Dynex/Rivett as one of the head accountants. Betty was a long-time member of Galilee Lutheran Church, where she taught Sunday School and sewed quilts for orphanages. She loved to latch-hook rugs and sew. Betty was a beautiful woman with a heart of gold, and during her children’s younger years, she was “Auntie Betty” to over 20 neighborhood kids. A Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, March 2, 2020 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home, 1165 E. Summit Avenue, Oconomowoc, with a visitation from 4:00 p.m. until the time of service. Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 3, 2020 at Summit Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the charity of your choice.
