Betty E. Holland

Betty E. Holland (nee Edwards), 91, of Delafield, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 24, 2012. Betty is survived by her children Judy (Ned) Robison of Havelock, NC and Charles (Susan) Holland. Grandmother of Ned III (Isela) Robison of El Paso, TX and Mark (LaRue) Robison of Pollocksville, NC. Great-grandmother of Jordan, Julie, Andy and Evan. Also survived by many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her husband Vernon 'Bud' and son Jeff. Betty was very involved in community organizations such as the Delafield American Legion Auxiliary, Delafield Community Chest, Delafield Chamber of Commerce, Delafield Presbyterian Church, Retired and Senior Volunteer Program of Waukesha County, Home Health Care and a poll worker for the City of Delafield. Betty was an avid traveler who visited all 50 states and several foreign countries. She also enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and friends. Funeral services for Betty will be held at Delafield Presbyterian Church, 1851 North Genesee St., Delafield, on Friday, March 30, 2012 at 7:00 PM. Visitation for family and friends will take place from 4:00 PM until the time of the service. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Betty's name to Delafield Presbyterian Church or Delafield American Legion Auxiliary Post #196.
