Carol A. Zens

Carol A. Zens, age 53, of Oconomowoc, WI passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, August 30, 2017. Carol is survived by her loving husband Tim of 22 years; her children Ariana and Lauren Zens; sister Lynn Chase; brother-in-law Michael (the late Sharon Chausow) Phillips; her niece Alison Phillips, PhD and many more family and friends. Carol is preceded in death by her parents Leonard and Miriam 'Mickey' Chausow. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff at Froedtert Cancer Center, ProHealth Hospice, AngelsGrace Hospice and At Your Service Inc. for the care and compassion shown to Carol. Donations in Carol's name are appreciated to the American Cancer Society. Private family services were held.
