Carole L. Burlo

Carole L. Burlo, age 72, passed away surrounded by her family at AngelsGrace Hospice on July 15, 2021. Carole was born in Clinton, Iowa on January 11, 1949 to James and Evelyn Beaver (nee Baker). Carole is survived by her husband of 26 years, Alan; daughter, Kimberly (Rick) Pinsch; grandchildren, Amanda and Ryan Pinsch; brother, James M. Beaver; and will be missed by many other family and friends. Carole is preceded in death by her parents; her son, James DeValkenaere; her step-father, Jarly Malen; and many aunts and uncles. Carole loved to go camping, shopping and spending time with her friends. Carole especially loved spending time with her grandchildren, they meant everything to her. Alan and the family would like to thank the staff at AngelsGrace for the compassion they have provided Carole and her family. Memorial donations in Carole’s name can be made to the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin. Per Carole’s wishes, no service will be held. Pagenkopf Funeral Home is serving the family.
