Catherine (Cathy) Ruth Winslow

Catherine (Cathy) Ruth Winslow, passed away peacefully, with family at her side, on April 16, 2024, at the age of 75. Cathy was born on September 4, 1948 in Sturgeon Bay, WI, to Edgar and Ruth Lang (nee Linger.) She is survived by Timothy Moore (Kimberly) and Gregory (Kathleen) as well as other cousins, family and friends.

Cathy is preceded in death by her husband, Stanley Winslow and her parents Edgar and Ruth Lang.

Cathy worked her way up in the banking field, holding such positions as Branch Manager and as a Loan Officer. She also earned an Associate’s Degree in Medical Coding at WCTC in Waukesha.

Among her many passions, she enjoyed traveling to historic sites throughout the country and collecting antiques as well spending time with family and friends. She had many memorable moments with friends and family on their land in Gays Mills.

The family extends its heartfelt appreciation to the kind and passionate staff of Angels Grace in Oconomowoc, WI. The level of care, compassion they showed to Cathy was above phenomenal. A special thank you also goes out to Debbie and Ron Bermel, Kathy Danish, friends Sally and Donna, and her personal Care Worker Debbie from Shorehaven.

Visitation will take place at Reformation Lutheran Church WELS on April 27th . The address is S39W3288 County Rd. D, Dousman, WI 53188. Viewing will take place from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM with a short service from 11:30 AM-12:00 PM, and a luncheon at the church, from 12:00 to 2PM. The burial will take place afterward at the nearby Salem Cemetery: 470 South Wales Rd. Wales, WI 53183 (off Hwy 83) on the West side of 83. She will be laid to rest next to her husband and both her parents.
