Charles "Charlie" Theodore Tetzlaff

Charles "Charlie" Theodore Tetzlaff, born December 6, 1964 of Stone Bank, Wisconsin has now entered his eternal life January 7, 2020. He fought a 30-year battle against cancer that begun at the young age of 25. He was taken too soon; his body was tired but his heart will forever live on. Charlie was raised on the family farm homestead. He was an avid outdoorsman, a hard worker and in his free time he enjoyed going to the movies, watching sports live and on TV and spending time with his grandkids. He was a true family man, his love for his family, kids, grandkids and friends was endless Charlie was a true fighter, a Hero, a Miracle and an inspiration to all who entered his life. Charlie started his trade in plumbing, but after a short time he was forced to give up the career he loved due to his health. Charlie then became the local favorite bartender for the next 20 years at Kuhtz General Store. He is survived by his children Nicholas, Nichole (Andre) Wright, Sara, Mother Agnes, Brothers Gerhardt, Carl, John, Ronald, Gerry, Sister Tammy, 6 Grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by Father Gerhardt Jr. Visitation for Charlie will be held from 2:00 until 6:00PM at Pagenkopf Funeral Home in Oconomowoc on Friday, January 10, 2020 with a service to follow. Luncheon memorial Saturday January 11, 2020 at Kuhtz General Store starting at 11AM. A special thank you to the staff at Fresenius Medical Care MW and all of his Physicians.
