Charlie P. Wenthur

Charlie P. Wenthur, age 56, of Oconomowoc, passed away on July 13, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Ingrid; his children Gretchen, Charlotte, and Rachel Wenthur; siblings and their families Lynn and Greg Ross and their son Michael, Craig and Carol Wenthur and their children Cristy, Clint, Carlie, and Cheryl, Laura and Greg Braden and their son Russell, Curtis and Linda Wenthur and their sons Cale, Nicholas, and Cody, Cris and Robbin Wenthur and their children Chloe, Morgan, and Dane, Cary and Michelle Wenthur and their children Clayton and Mary Beth. Charlie is preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Lucille Wenthur, and nephew Kevin Braden. He will be missed dearly by many in-laws and friends. Charlie loved the outdoors, especially hunting, fishing, and gardening. He enjoyed cooking and fine woodworking. Above all, he adored his girls and loved loving them. A memorial service for Charlie will be held on Thursday, July 19 at 3:00pm, with a visitation beforehand starting at 1:00pm, all to take place at St. Paul's Lutheran Church (210 E Pleasant St., Oconomowoc, WI 53066). In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Charlie are appreciated to a charity of choice that would honor Charlie's life.
