Cynthia A. Arsnow

Cynthia 'Cindy' Ann Arsnow, age 62 of Madison, passed away unexpectedly after she was hit on her bike by a vehicle while riding to work. Cindy is survived by her loving mother Connie, her brothers Bruce (Carol) Arsnow and Brian (Polly) Arsnow and her sister Linda (Wayne) Dickman along with nieces, nephews, and close friends. Cindy was preceded in death by her father Dale Arsnow. Cindy was a graduate of Arrowhead High School where she earned the John Phillips Sousa Award and was a member of the National Honor Society. She then went on to graduate from UW Madison with a Bachelors Degree in Music. She went on to study music abroad for 16 years in India. She then returned home to live and work in Madison where she was employed as an Authorization Associate at HSA Home Warranty. A funeral service will be held for Cindy on Monday, July 25, 2016 at 3:00 PM with a visitation for family and friends starting at 1:00 PM all to take place at Pagenkopf Funeral Home. Burial will be private for the family on Tuesday. Cindy was a caring, loving, gentle soul who loved life and will truly be missed by all that knew her.
