Dan Naylor

Dan Alan Naylor, age 65, of Oconomowoc, passed away Friday, August 20, 2010. Dan was born February 24, 1945 to Clifford and Lorraine Naylor. Gifted with the creativity and talent to find solutions to everyday problems, family and friends could always depend on Dan to be there for them with his steady and patient kindness. He will be remembered as the touchstone for his family and cherished for the love and generosity that he offered to family as well as friends whom he frequently adopted into his extended family. Dan is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Mary Agnes (nee Gariety), daughter Lori Naylor and partner Tom Grunewald, son Benjamin Naylor, two grandchildren David and Elladie Naylor-Grunewald, sisters Jeanne Leitl and Pat Kutschenreuter, brother Bruce (Debbie) Naylor, brother-in-law Jerry (Donna) Gariety, sister-in-law Patty Gariety, along with many nieces, nephews and friends whom loved him wholly. He was preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Lorraine Naylor and Jerome and Mary Gariety, sister-in-law Kathy Gariety and brother-in-law Jerry Leitl. A funeral visitation for Dan will be held on Friday, August 27, 2010 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Pagenkopf Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Catherine?s Catholic Church, W359 N8512 Brown Street / Hwy P, Oconomowoc, WI, with a visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Burial will follow the service at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Cemetery.
