David Lee Steves

DELAFIELD - David Lee Steves, age 89, of Delafield, passed away Friday, January 17, 2020 at his home. He was born January 4, 1931 in Phoenix, NY to John Rexford and Frances Leona (nee Harke) Steves. David served his country honorably in the Navy during the Korean War as a boiler technician. In civilian life, he was a truck driver until his retirement in 1990. He enjoyed fishing and Classic Cars. He is survived by his sons, Alex (Marbel) and Brian; and his daughter, Angele (Gary) Stoltenburg; as well as 4 grandchildren; and his half-brother, Robert Jake Kingsley. He was preceded in death by his parents, siblings, and his grandson, Alex Lloyd Steves, Jr. As per David's request, there will be no services. Inurnment will be held in the spring at Riverview Cemetery, Baldwinsville, NY.
