Dolores Damrow

Dolores A. Damrow, age 79, passed away peacefully on February 22. She is preceded in death by her loving husband Charles Damrow, her parents Fred and Elizabeth Toll, her sister Betty Balistrieri, and brother-in-law Chet Caskey. She is survived by her children Jeff (Judy) Damrow, Pete (Kirsten “Kiki”) Damrow, Jim (Tani) Damrow, David (Dawn) Ward, and Yvonne (Larry) Zitner, her grandchildren Jesse (Kim) Damrow, Janel (Rob- Fianc) Damrow, Jolyn Damrow, Jordan (Brady) Frankiewicz, Taylor Damrow, Danielle (Sam) Nelsen, Hayley Damrow, Kayla (Kurtis – Fianc) Damrow, Ahleah (Jimmy) Matusewic, and Nakitah, Charlie and Laylah Ward. Her great grandchildren Wesley, Arebella, Ainsley, Jameson, and Landon. Dolores is further survived by her sister Carol Caskey, her brother Fred Toll, and her brother-in-law Frank Balistreri and other relatives and friends. Dolores enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She opened up her home to many foster children over the years. She taught Sunday school and belonged to Ladies Aid at St. John’s Church. She was a volunteer at Bethesda Thrift Store. Dolores enjoyed sewing, quilting, and reading. She also loved to spend time at her and Charlie’s cabin in the Northwoods. Funeral Services for Dolores will be held on Sunday, March 1, 2015 at 3:00 PM with a visitation for family and friends to start at 12:00 PM Noon all to take place at St. John's Lutheran Church in Ashippun. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Memorials are suggest to the St. John's building fund, the St. John's cemetery fund, Shorehaven Lutheran Homes or to a charity of your choice.
