Don Loppnow

age 55, of Oconomowoc, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Don was the loving husband of 27 years to Kandy Loppnow (nee Kramer), caring father of Don Loppnow III, Kalvin Loppnow, Cheyanne Loppnow and Ciara Loppnow all of Oconomowoc, WI, son of Don W. Loppnow Sr. and Rosemary Loppnow, son-in-law of Barbara and Phil Kramer, brother of Jolynn (Les) Phillips, Sandy Claude, Christine (Tim) Pruetz, Dan Loppnow and Dean (Kathy) Loppnow, brother-in-law of Phil (Sheryl) Kramer, Lee (Tricia) Kramer, Patti (Scott) Johnson, Dawn (Mike) Sterwald and Kelli (Scott) Smiley. Don is also survived by many other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Don will be held on Sunday, October 17, 2010 at 6:00 P.M. at Crosspoint Community Church, W380N6931 North Lake Road, Oconomowoc, WI. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 3:00 P.M. until time of service at the church. Memorials are suggested to the family, for a future donation in Don’s honor. Don was a sheet metal worker for MSI for 37 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, trap shooting and being outdoors among nature. Don took pride and enjoyed working in his garden. Don had a deep love for his family. Everything he did, he did for his family and for others. He truly will be missed by his loving family, dog Josie and his many friends. Even though Don was taken from us much too soon and unexpectedly, his thoughtfulness and selfless act of donation to the Wisconsin Donor Network, will help many lives and families.
