Duane Paul Reusch

Duane Paul Reusch, 57, passed away on August 7th, 2024. He was born in Milwaukee, WI on November 23, 1966 to Duane F. (Hunz) Reusch and Judith M. Gohde.

Duane is survived by his beloved wife Laura, his dearly loved children, daughter Canton and sons Raymond and Everett. His mother Judy, brother Ron (Joell) and sister Wendy and niece, nephews and cousins along with many other cherished family members and friends.

Duane is preceded in death by his brother Rick and father Duane (Hunz), step-father Don Gohde, grand-parents, aunts & uncles.

To say Duane was an avid snowmobiler doesn’t quite express the level of passion he had for the sport. He went as often as possible and stretched the season out as long as possible. He was also an excellent skier both snow and water and a great athlete in general. Duane could fix just about anything with an engine and frequently helped people out with their car, snowmobile, tractor and four-wheeler repairs. He was generous with his knowledge and time. But just as important as snowmobiling was his enjoyment to cook and share a meal with the family and friends he loved so much.

In lieu of flowers please consider using that money for a fabulous meal. Gather your family and/or friends around a table at home or at a favorite restaurant and enjoy each other. Life is precious, time is short as we see here with Duane’s passing. Our family will always cherish the many meals we’ve shared with all those we love.

There will be a visitation on Tuesday August 27th at Spring Creek Church N35W22000 Capitol Drive, Pewaukee WI from 2-5 pm with a service to follow.
