Eileen Buehler

On Saturday, August 14, 2010, at 5:26 p.m., God opened the gates of Heaven and welcomed another one of His children home. Eileen was surrounded by her family and Father Eric Weiss when she took her final breath. Eileen is survived by her loving children Tom Buehler, Marybeth Buehler, Kristy (Ken) Stewart and Sue Kieffer, sister-in-law Bernice, grandchildren Shawn (Andrea), Heather, Heidi, Nick, Andi, Mike (Kris) and Megan (Brian). Eileen was very excited about her first great grandson Enzo, who is expected to be born on September 28, 2010. Other survivors include many loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Eileen was preceded in death by her loving husband and best friend Howie, brother Hughie, grandson Pat and daughter-in-law Diane. During WWII she was appointed by the Navy as an inspector of naval materials. After the war Eileen became a wonderful, loving mother and worked as a secretary for various companies and school districts. She enjoyed being a volunteer in the community. Eileen will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts. Funeral services for Eileen will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Jerome Catholic Church, 995 Silver Lake Street, Oconomowoc, WI with a visitation from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. An evening visitation will be held on Thursday, August 19, 2010 from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Pagenkopf Funeral Home with a prayer service beginning at 7:00 p.m. Memorials are suggested to American Heart, Lung or Cancer Society.
