Elaine Ligman

Elaine Ligman, age 92, of Watertown, passed away at Marquardt Manor on Thursday, May 2, 2013. Elaine was born in Concord, the daughter of Edward and Ella (Nee Rupnow) Zastrow on April 23, 1921. She married Michael Ligman on July 5, 1957. Elaine is survived by her brother Dennis (Florence) Zastrow of Oconomowoc and sister Lorraine (Elmer) Demman of Michigan along with nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by husband, parents, brother and sister-in-law Frank and Irene Zastrow, brother Omar in infancy, nephew Tom Zastrow and great nephew Matthew Zastrow.
