Elva M. Chadek

Elva M. Chadek, age 100, of Oconomowoc, WI, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, September 09, 2017. Elva is survived by her children James (Mary) Chadek and Carl Chadek; her grandchildren Jaime Chadek and Erin (Michael) Sandleback; great grandson Callen Sandleback and many more family and friends. Elva is preceded in death by her husband Robert and her siblings Carl Tootle and Edna Mulhausen. Services for Elva will be held at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (1165 E Summit Ave, Oconomowoc) on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 7:30 pm. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 5 pm until time of service at 7:30 pm. We will meet for the burial at Wisconsin Memorial Park on Thursday, September 14 at 11 am. In lieu of flowers, donations in Elva name may be made to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of Wilkinson Woods and AngelsGrace Hospice for their loving care shown to mom over the years.
