Emilie F. Lutz

Emilie Ann (Fairchild) Lutz Passed from this life on October 14, 2014, four days before her 97th birthday, in the manner in which she lived-in dignity. Emilie has gone to join her beloved husband, Ray, who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents, her brother and her sister. She is survived by her children: Wendy (Richard) Tolzmann, Melissa (Greg) Freiberg, Randall Lutz; her grandchildren: Amanda (Drew) Gottheardt, Chloe (Brett) Surinak, Lucas (Kristin) Freiberg, Kimberly Boeder, Shalynn (Adam) Frank; her great-grand children: Quinn, Tristan, Elliott, Spenser, Kennedy, Liliana, Kaelynn, Myles; and sisters-in-law: Elaine Fiedler and Jean Lutz-Sternlieb. She was a loving wife, mom, Gma and G.G. to all. Emilie was born to James and Gertrude Fairchild on October 18, 1917 in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She most recently resided at the Shorehaven Tower in Oconomowoc. Born a Quaker, she lived her life in gentleness and selflessness. She was a lady, a former Badger, and most of all a Christian who had a life-long romance with words and knowledge. She will be missed by many. A funeral service for Emilie will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at 12:30 PM with a visitation starting at 11:30 AM all to be held at the third floor Chapel at Shorehaven Health Center (1305 W. Wisconsin Ave. Oconomowoc, WI. 53066). Entombment will fallow at 3:00 PM at Wisconsin Memorial Park. Memorials are suggested to AngelsGrace Hospice in Oconomowoc or to the American Cancer Society.
