Evelyn Clauer

Mrs. Evelyn 'Evie' Paullin Clauer was born April 13, 1921 and passed away at 3:38 p.m., Tuesday, August 24, 2010 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. She was 89, a native of Stuart, Iowa and a resident of Amite for 4 years, formerly of Delafield, WI for 28 years and of Clinton, AR for 28 years. Mrs. Evie is survived by her children David Schaefer, Rockford, IL; Darrel Clauer, Jr. and wife, Pam, Crabtree, AR; Frank Clauer and wife, Sue, Helenville, WI; L. Pearl Goetsch and husband, Vincent, Coker Creek, TN; Wanda C.T. Van Den Heauval and husband, Kirk, Germantown, WI; Susan Kemmerling and husband, Bruce, Watertown, WI; Kathleen C. Davis and husband, Dickie, Amite; 21 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Maylon Kirk & Gladys Brooks Paullin; husband, Darrel 'Red' Clauer, Sr.; daughter, Victoria 'Vickie' Clauer; 2 brothers, Delmar Paullin and Wilber Paullin; granddaughter, Michelle Kemmerling. Funeral services will be held at the Pagenkopf Funeral Home, 1165 E. Summit Ave. Oconomowoc, WI 53066 (262) 567-4457, www.pagenkopf.com on Sunday, August 29, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. with a visitation starting at 1:00 P.M. Interment in the Delafield Cemetery, Delafield, WI following the service. Mrs. Evelyn's heavenly journey will also be accompanied by her faithfull canine companion, Copper.
