Frances Bischel

Frances 'Fritzie' Bischel (nee Zick), age 93, of Dousman passed away on Saturday, December 10, 2011. Frances is survived by her children Karen (Jerry) Vrshek, Diane Rezagholi, Ellen (Ken) Germain and Mark Bischel. She is a grandmother to Christine Rezagholi, Susan (Tom) Staunton, Allison Germain and Danielle Germain, great-grandmother to Hailey Staunton. Frances is also survived by other relatives and friends. Frances was preceded in death by her loving husband of 48 years Carol 'Kid' Bischel, brothers Edward, Matthew and Sherb, sisters Lucille Miller, Jeanette Rees, Eleanor Rose and parents Michael and Emma Zick. Fritzie and Kid were owners of Bischel Brothers Hardware, Plumbing and Heating in Dousman for 20 years. She resided at Three Pillars in Dousman since 1991 where she was an active volunteer. She was a member of the Oconomowoc Hospital Auxiliary and Women's Club. Fritzie was an avid golfer and card player and was a longtime member of the Kettle Moraine Golf Club. She was also a parishioner of St. Bruno Catholic Church in Dousman, WI. Funeral services for Frances will be held at St. Bruno Catholic Church in Dousman on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the church from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. Burial will follow the service at St. Bruno Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to St. Bruno Catholic Church or Three Pillars Senior Living Communities in Dousman, WI.
