Frank M. Kowalczyk age 78 of Dousman passed away on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. He is the beloved husband of Patricia. Dear dad of Karen (Tom) Falk, Linda (Jim) Hofstetter, Jane (Larry) Dake and Joe (Jill). Proud grandpa of Peter, Amy, Michael, Anthony, Nathan, Megan and Matthew. Cherished great grandpa of Jasmine and Jonah. Fond brother of Terry (Mike Butske) Henrichs. Also survived by other relatives and friends. A visitation will take place at St. Bruno Catholic Church, 226 W. Ottawa Ave., Dousman, on Saturday, January 21 from 10 AM until time of mass at 12 PM.
