Frederick A. Barrington, age 89 of Dousman, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2011. Fred is survived by his sons Roger (Linda) Barrington and Gordon Barrington, grandchildren Dennis Mantych and David (Barb) Mantych, great grandson Eli Mantych, sister Mae Baloun, sister-in-law Lovey (Coleman) Granbois, nephews, nieces and friends. Fred was preceded in death by his wife Jane Barrington (nee Stachowski) and parents. Funeral services for Fred will be held on Friday, September 16, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. in the Ewald Chapel in Village on the Square, 375 State Road 67, Dousman, WI 53118, enter on Highway 67. Visitation for family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until time of service in the Ewald Chapel. Fred will be laid to rest at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield, WI. Memorials are suggested to Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Oconomowoc. Fred was a dedicated and loyal employee of Harnischfeger where he worked for years before retiring. Fred was a 32nd Degree Mason, a Shriner and a member of the Scottish Rites. He will deeply be missed. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Masonic Health Center for their loving care.
