Gene Chatos

Gene Chatos, age 75 of Oconomowoc, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Tuesday, September 13, 2016. Gene is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Patti, his children David, Devon and Meggan (Dale) Cantwell, his grandchildren Logan, Summer and Jadyn along with other relatives and friends. Gene was preceded in death by his mother Betty and his uncle Art. A celebration of Gene's life will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at 5:00 P.M. with a visitation for family and friends to start at 3:00 P.M. until the time of the service, all to take place at Pagenkopf Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the family. Gene was a wonderful father and grandpa and he was a dedicated husband. He was an avid hunter and outdoors man, a hard worker and craftsman. He was a friend to everyone and everyone knew him by his smile and his quick wit. He will be truly missed by his friends and his family.
