Georgie Krenz

Georgie is survived by her husband, Wayne, and their twins, Luke (wife, Kama) and Rachel; mother, Bonnie Diermeier; father, Daniel Kainz; stepmother, Karen Kainz; stepfather, Dennis Diermeier; sisters, Laura (husband, Ron), Dianna and Jessica; brothers, David (wife, Wendy) and Norman (wife, Nancy), as well as many other nieces and nephews. Georgie was born June 29th, 1968 in Waukesha, WI and spent her life in the Wales area. She was a light in every room. As a first grade teacher at Summit Elementary in Oconomowoc, she touched more lives than we will ever be able to count. She genuinely cared for each and every student she taught, and always made sure they knew how much they were valued and loved. Her children were her world, and she never missed a single sports game they played in (usually because she was coaching it). Wayne, Georgie, Luke, and Rachel vacationed often together as they all loved time spent adventuring and exploring as a family; whether that was on a beach in Mexico, hiking a mountain in Montana, or four-wheeling through the mud at their up-north cabin. She also treasured long walks with Bailey, the family’s four-legged best friend. Georgie had the kindest heart and always wanted to support anyone who may have needed it. She will be dearly missed by all friends and family; we take peace in knowing she is walking with God now, probably on a sandy beach with a Diet Coke in hand. Visitation will be Sunday the 15th from 2:00-4:00pm, with the service to follow immediately after. Both will take place at RiverGlen Christian Church.
