Gerald Joseph (Jerry) Mackenzie Gerald 'Jerry' Mackenzie died after his 3rd bout with cancer, Wednesday Sept 14, 2011. Wake will be held at Pagenkopf Funeral Home 1165 E Summit ave in Oconomowoc, WI. Visitation Sunday Sept 25th 4 to 10. Monday Sept 26th Noon - 1:30 at Pagenkopf. Procession to St. Jerome's Church for a 2:00 Mass. Burial will be at the St. Jerome's Cemetery 1035 S Concord Rd Oconomowoc. Luncheon after the cemetery back at St. Jerome's Church 995 S Silver Lake St Oconomowoc. Loving husband of Helen Mackenzie, Dearest father to Donna (Tom) Kozenski Tina (Keith) Maher, Amy Mackenzie (Chris) Larivee.
