Gerald Moulton

Gerald Moulton, age 86 of Stone Bank passed on Tuesday, September 5, 2017. He was born on August 12,1931 in Vernon Center (Waukesha County) WI. The son of Hiram and Elsie (Seeman) Moulton. After graduation from Waukesha High School in 1951, he attended University of Wisconsin Madison majoring in Engineering. He met his future wife Joan Zimmerman in Madison. Their marriage lasted 61 years. He was preceded in death by Joan (wife), parents, and sister Janet Moulton Condon. Gerald was preceded in death by his infant daughter Nancy. Gerald is survived by his daughters, Diane (William) Baumann of Verona, WI, Judith of Oconomowoc, WI, Barbara of West Allis, WI, Margaret (Kent Scholten) of Tempe, AZ, Sarah (David) Mertins of Nashotah, WI and Ruth of Mesa, AZ. Gerald is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Gerald worked as a communication technician for WI Bell/AT & T (Lucent) and Centric for over 40 years. He was active in the Stone Bank Volunteer Fire Department from 1961 to 1978. Captain of the Rescue Squad and held secretary and treasurer position that influenced buying, developing and expanding the land for the current Stone Bank’s Fireman’s Park and Fire Station location. Served on the Stone Bank Grade School board for one term to help with the approval of larger school expansion site. During his retirement, he drove Arrowhead High School bus for field trips and athletics team activities. He enjoyed woodworking, boating, traveling, camping nationwide, and hunting. He was an avid Green Bay Packer ticket holder to Milwaukee County Stadium and Lambeau Field. Funeral Service for Gerald will be held at Pagenkopf Funeral Home, 1165 E. Summit Avenue in Oconomowoc, on Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 11:00am. Visitation for family and friends will begin at 9:00am.
