Glenda F. Allen

Allen, Glenda Rae, (nee Fuller) Passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at age 87. Loving mother of Joan Rieke, Rebecca (Mike) Soley, John (Paula) Allen Jr., grandmother of Jonathan and Jennifer Rieke, Bryn, John and Grant Allen and Rachel Soley. Glenda is survived by her loving sister Barbara Spencer and many nieces, nephews and friends. Glenda is preceded in death by her loving husband John Allen of 54 years, her siblings Louise Brown, Donald Fuller, Mary Christman, Douglas Fuller, and Virginia McNamara. Glenda was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed entertaining, playing bridge, gardening and was an active member of her church in the various communities she was a part of. A special thank you to the staff at Shorehaven for their care and compassion for the past few years. A graveside service at Lakewood Park Cemetery, Rocky River, OH will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 2 pm.
