Grace N. Patterson

Grace N. Patterson (nee Gelhaar), 87 of Delafield, was born to eternal life on Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Grace was the beloved mother of Judy Tetting and Janice (Bryan) Skore. Cherished grandmother and great-grandmother of James (Tonia) Grant, Justin Potenberg, Julie Potenberg, Savannah, Cassie, Damion, Logan, Dylan and Renesmee. Grace is also survived by brother-in-law Gerald (Pat) Patterson, sisters-in-law Marge Patterson and Jean Patterson along with nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her beloved husband of 60 years, Kenneth C. Patterson along with her sisters Jane and Dorothy, brother Charles and parents Edward and Nellie Gelhaar. Grace was a homemaker and longtime member of Delafield Presbyterian Church where she served on the kitchen committee and the Women's Association. She was also a member of the Delafield Firebelles and the Delafield American Legion Post 196. Funeral services for Grace will be held at Delafield Presbyterian Church on Saturday, January 25, 2014 at 12:00 P.M. Visitation for family and friends will be from 9:30 A.M. until the time of the service, all to be held at the church. Grace will be laid to rest at Delafield Cemetery immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Delafield Presbyterian Church, Fund of Remembrance.
