Gregory A. Stein

Gregory A. Stein, age 66, passed away on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born on August 20, 1954 to Fred J. and Edith (Matzke) Stein in Milwaukee. Greg is survived by his wife, Bonnie; his children, Justin (Jessica), Geoffrey (Rhonda), Lori (Reinhard), Tyler (Wendy); his grandchildren, Alex, Aiden, Ethan, Evan, Abigail, Chase, Alaina, Janelle, Travis, Kaden, Jona, Jordan, Dawson and Aaron; his father, Fred J. Stein; and his sister, Laurie (Gary) Pocci. He is preceded in death by his mother, Edith. Greg retired after many years as a Certified Public Accountant. Greg enjoyed volunteering at German Fest, playing golf and spending time with his grandchildren. He was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church, where he served in various leadership capacities, including church president and treasurer. A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Friday, February 12, 2021 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, 470 N. Oak Crest Drive in Wales. A visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at church. Memorials in Greg’s name may be made to Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
