It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Ida May Koch, who passed away peacefully on July 20, 2024, at the age of 82, at Angel’sGrace in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin.
May was born on January 17, 1942, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is preceded in death by her parents Howard and Ida May Knauber; Kenneth Koch, her husband of more than 60 years and their daughter Sandra.
She is survived by her children Suzanne (Jerome) Loberg and Steve Koch; her grandchildren Leslie (Ryan) Gilmore, Ashlie Kuhn and Bradlee (Lindsay) Kuhn and her great grandchildren Bryson and Harper. She is also survived by her two sisters Linda Weresch and Holly (Anthony) Case as well as many more loving family members.
May spent her life dedicated to the warmth and comfort of her home as a devoted homemaker. She found her peace and spiritual fulfillment in the beauty of nature and was a passionate gardener. She loved traveling and spending time with her family and friends and has captured many cherished memories in her large collection of photographs.
She will be deeply missed and forever remembered in our hearts.
Please join us in celebrating the lives of both Ida May and Ken Koch, September 21st, 2024, 12pm to 4pm at Devil's Lake Park. Please feel free to stop by or to stay for awhile to share memories and stories. Food and beverages will be provided.
