James Allen Ward

James Allen Ward, age 70, formerly of Waukesha, went home to his maker on Tuesday, May 28, 2019. James will be deeply missed by his loving wife of 42 years, Mary, his daughter Amanda, sisters Jean Bannen, Judy (Mike) Scaff and Janice (Chuck) Lorentz, aunt Shirley Jean Norman, cousins Robert (Linda) Lorier, David (Angie) Lorier and Christopher Lorier, Robert (Carol) Krause, Rick (Nancy) Norman, Ann (John) Chalupsky, Jim Boswell, sisters-in-laws Virginia and Laura (Mark), his nieces and nephews Elizabeth (James) Heiser, Brian Bannen, Justin (Kristy) Scaff, Katie Scaff-Thimmel (Colin), Joe Lorentz, Adam (Nicole) Lorentz, Keith, Robert, Anthony and Lori along with many other great nieces, nephews and close family members and friends. James was preceded in death by his parents Ed and Helen Ward. James graduated Waukesha High School in 1967 and went on to graduate from Carroll College in 1971 and the Southern Methodist University in 1974. He was a member of St. Charles Catholic Church in Hartland, Waukesha Rotary Club, former member of the Waukesha County Appeals board and the town of Delafield board. The family would like to give a special thank you to Dycora Rehabilitation, The View at Pine Ridge (care givers and staff), Allay Hospice as well as Donald and Kathy Tendick, Jake and Gay Ruby, Doug and Meg Haag, Tom Neill, St. Charles Christian Woman's Group and all of his prayer warriors. A Funeral Mass will be held for James on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 with a visitation starting at 11:00 AM until time of Mass at 1:00 PM at St. Charles Catholic Church (313 Circle Dr. Hartland, WI 53029). In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Charles Church.
