James L. Boyer

Boyer, James L. “Jim” Age 75, of Oconomowoc entered into Eternal Life October 8th, 2013. Loving husband of Ann (nee O’Brien) for 49 years. Devoted father to children CJ (Terri) Boyer, and Beth (James) Ryan. Proud papa to grandchildren Jake, Maggie, Taylor and Brandon. Brother to Karen (Jerry) Anderson, Denise “Button” (Ken) Burch, Pauline Bruce, Lynn (Tim) Cantwell, Pat (Ginny) Rentmeester, Mike Rentmeester and the late Bobby (Fay) Rentmeester. Preceded in death by his parents Vern (Merle) Boyer and Rose (Ron) Rentmeester. Further survived by many other close relatives and friends. Jim has been a supportive member of many Oconomowoc clubs including The Young Bachelor’s Club, The Old Foggie’s Club, The Historical Society and The Wednesday Afternoon Sheepshead Club. He proudly served our country in the United States Army from 1957 to 1962, active during the Berlin Crisis, and was stationed at Fort Lewis in Washington. Jim was a devoted family man with a generous heart. He was an immensely loved and cherished husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He will be deeply missed by all. Visitation for family and friends will take place at St. Catherine of Alexandria, W359 N8512 Brown St. in Oconomowoc on Friday, October 11, 2013 from 1:30pm until funeral services begin and 4:00pm.
