Jennifer "Boston" Hall

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jennifer “Boston” Hall, age 56, who peacefully left this world on August 29, 2024. Boston was born in Norwood, MA on February 4, 1968 to Alfred and Gertrude (nee Frazier) Hall.

Having grown up in Walpole, MA, Boston’s journey led her to various places, ultimately finding solace in Wisconsin after working at Harley Davidson in Tennessee. Boston was a caring and dedicated individual who found her true calling as a Bar Keeper at the Golden Lake Pub in Oconomowoc. The pub was not just a workplace for Boston, but rather a second family who embraced her with open arms, where she thrived and touched the lives of many in a profoundly positive way. People LOVED her and she LOVED them. Her warmth, kindness, and infectious smile endeared her to all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Boston is survived by her siblings, Donna Connors Hall, Julie (David Jeffrey) Hall, Daniel (Margaret) Hall, Donald (Carol) Hall Janet (Dave) Frye and Dennis (Tammy Mathews) Hall; fur-baby Jane; along with many nieces, nephews and other loving family and friends.

Boston is preceded in death by her parents.

The family expresses their gratitude to all those at the Golden Lake Pub who embraced and appreciated her. The family finds solace in the outpouring of love and support and thanks you for loving our sister.

There will be no formal services, but a gathering is being planned at the Golden Lake Pub to commemorate Boston's life and the impact she had on those around her. Further details on this special event will be provided in due course.
