Jerry “Mike” Czemierys, age 58 of Oconomowoc, passed away on Wednesday, April 17, 2019. Mike is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Teri (Suehs) his sister Holli, dad John T. (Mary) Anderson and his brothers Chris (Joan), Kelly (Shelley), Kevin, John Anderson along with his uncle Ron and aunt Sally Czemierys. Also, his Mother-in-law Teri Suehs, sister-in-law Shelley (Suehs)Ferguson (Tom), nieces Emily and Aubrey Ferguson, his Godson Mike Anderson along with other family and friends. Mike was preceded in death by his mother Judith Czemierys, brother-in-law A.J. Suehs and father-in-law Andy Suehs. Mike grew up in Delafield and went to Kettle Moraine High School. After graduation he began working at Sentry Equipment and grew through various positions within the company. Mike’s last position with Sentry Equipment was supervisor of Quality Control, retiring in 2015 after working there for 38 years. He mentioned often that he was so lucky to work for a company that treated their employees so well. In 1990 he married Teri Suehs and they built their life in Oconomowoc; their marriage exemplified devotion and love. Mike loved spending time with family and friends and touched the lives of all who crossed paths with him. He embraced life and lived his faith to the fullest. He was an avid outdoorsman who truly loved to hunt and fish and looked forward to any trips with friends or family members. He was a very positive and kind person and chose to see the bright side in everything. The family would like to give a special thanks to the Pro Health Cancer Center for the exceptional care shown to Mike over the past six years. A Celebration of Mike’s life will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019 with a visitation for family and friends beginning at 10:00 AM until a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM all to take place at St. Catherine of Alexandria Catholic Church, W359 N8512 Brown St. Oconomowoc with a burial to follow at St. Catherine’s Cemetery. Mike will forever remain in the heart of his wife, family and friends.
