Joanne Zoubek

Joanne Zoubek age 76 of Oconomowoc, passed away on November 27, 2014 at AngelsGrace Hospice with the comfort of her family by her side. Joanne, beloved mother and grandmother, is survived by her daughters Sherry (Kevin) Scopp along with her daughter Carrie, Julia (Timothy) O'Shea along with their three children Rhianna, Robert and Leah. Her son Michael (Lisa) Zoubek along with his two children Jessica and Jason Zoubek. She is further survived by her sister Donna Mae (Dennis) Wolf and many other relatives and friends. Joanne is preceded in death by her best friend and beloved husband Hans J. Zoubek, her granddaughter Angela Coppersmith and her parents Harvey and Ruth Thornton. A celebration of Joanne's life will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2014 at 11:00 AM with a visitation to start at 10:00 AM for family and friends all to take place at Pagenkopf Funeral Home. Memorials are suggested to the family. Joanne was a selfless kind person with a loving soul, living each day to the fullest. Always being mindful of the simple things in life, which gave her the most pleasure. She had a contagious laugh that was enjoyed by anyone she came across. She always made time to spend with her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed, but remain in their hearts and souls forever.
