John Jay Ouradnik

John J. Ouradnik, 77, of Oconomowoc, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, October 18, 2013. John is survived by his loving wife Ann, of 56 years, children; Lonnie (Dan) Schmidt, Creg (Lucy) Ouradnik and Timothy (Dawn) Ouradnik. Cherished grandfather and great-grandfather to; Christine (Richard) Schwarze, Aaron (Emily) Schmidt, Jason Schmidt, Ryan Schmidt, Andrew (Emily Erdmann) Schmidt, Christopher Ouradnik, Jennifer Ouradnik, Graiden Schwarze and Sullivan Schwarze. Also survived by his sister Shirley (Frank) Lovek along with many other relatives and friends. John is preceded in death by his parents Harvey and Bernice. John was a longtime member of Christ the King Lutheran Church in Delafield where he sang in the choir. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends. A memorial service for John will be held at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Delafield on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 12:00 PM. Visitation for family and friends will be from 11:00 AM until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Christ the King Lutheran Church or the American Diabetes Association.
