Joyce Pernat

Joyce Pernat, age 78, of Ixonia, WI passed away peacefully on Sunday, June 26, 2016. Joyce is survived by her children Steven (Joy) Pernat and Kay (Jim) Plagemann; her grandchildren Gregg and Mark Peirick; 3 step grandchildren; 5 great grand stepchildren and many other family and friends. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents Warren and Lena; her husband Anthony and her sister Jean. Joyce was President of the Oconomowoc Future Farmers of America Alumni, a member of the Christ Evangelical Lutheran Church Choir in Pewaukee, a worker at the Town of Ixonia Polls for many years and a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Ixonia. Services will take place at St. John's Lutheran Church (W1204 Rockvale Rd, Ixonia) on Wednesday, June 29 at 7;00 PM with a visitation for family and friends starting at 4:00 PM. A private burial for family will take place at Glenview Memorial Gardens. Special thank you to the caring staff at Marquardt Health Center and Marquardt Hospice.
