Judith A. Eckstein, age 87, passed away on Friday, June 24, 2022 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Madison. She was born on April 9, 1935 to Raymond and Mildred (Cole) Becker in Milwaukee. She was a beautician at Cut & Curl Beauty Salon and The Hair Benders. Judy is survived by her children, Patti (Cesar) Rojas and Jim (Pamela) Eckstein; her brother Leslie (Frances) Becker; her grandchildren Heather (Jordan) Jordan, Jeremy Reyes, and Cesar Rojas; step-grandchildren Sam and Kayla, Brittany and Jessie; Great-grandchildren Kahricia, Devonya, Zahriah, Uriah, Xaviar, Aryaunna, Sara, Amiria, and 2 more on the way. Plus, many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Eckstein, and Sister, Patricia McNulty. Judy loved her trips to the cheese store, watching birds, her trips to Wyoming, gardening (especially her lilies), spending lots of time with family and being a good host. Some of her favorite hobbies were card making, scrapbooking, going to the movies, seeing plays especially musicals, and journaling. She enjoyed attending church & Bible study. She was an active member of Delafield Presbyterian Church. She was an elder and a deacon plus sang in the choir. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on July 9, 2022 at Delafield Presbyterian Church, 1851 N. Genesee Street in Delafield, with a visitation an hour before the service. Memorials to her church or HAWS are suggested.
