Judith Hess

HESS, Judith A. “Judy” age 68, of Delafield, peacefully passed away, surrounded by loving family members, Monday, December 6, 2010. Judy is survived by her children Keith (Ruth) Hess and Kevin (Felicia) Hess, sister Patricia (Chris) Pfannerstill, grandchildren Stephanie (David Jr.) Seeley, Rachel Hess, Laura Hess, Alexandra Hess and Dylan Hess, great granddaughter Sofia Seeley, nieces Tracy (Jon) Eynon, Kathy Rogers and Julie (Dan) Purney, along with many other relatives and friends. Judy was preceded in death by her parents LaVerne and Marguerite Fischer. Judy started school in a one room country school house, in Freeport Illinios. Judy went on to become the first married nursing student with a child ever to be accepted into a nursing school in Wisconsin. Enjoying the challenges of small business, she developed a real estate rental business, while being a single mother. In 1995 Judy began Occupational Health Solutions. Running this business enabled her to mentor many talented nurses in the occuptational health field. Judy was loved by her family and friends for her many acts of kindness. Judy's family wishes to thank all the friends, her caregiver, Jackie, and the employees of Allay Home and Hospice for their loving support to our loved one. Funeral services for Judy will be held on Monday, December 13, 2010 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home at 6:00 PM. Visitation for family and friends will be at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until time of service. A private burial will be held for the family at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Freeport, IL.
