Katherine "Kay" Koch

Katherine Koch 'Kay' (nee Jelak), age 89 of Dousman, formerly of Cedarburg, Mequon and Glendale, passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 22, 2015. Kay is survived by her loving husband Robert of 67 years, children; Rob (Linda), David and Susan, grandchildren; Jeff (Caty), Jennifer (Dave) Szeklinski and great-grandchildren; Lydia and Henry. Kay is also survived by many other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her parents Paul and Eva Jelak and her brother Michael. Kay was a devoted wife and loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her. A celebration of Kay's life will be held at the residence of Rob and Linda Koch, on Sunday, January 25, from 12PM-4PM. Donations in Kay's name can be made to the Wisconsin Masonic Home, 36225 Sunset Dr., Dousman, WI 53118 or to the Eye Institute, payable to the Medical College of Wisconsin, 925 N. 87th St., Milwaukee, WI 53226. The family would like to thank Three Pillars Retirement Community, especially the staff of the Riverside Lodge Memory Unit and the staff of the Health Care Center for the love and care they provided for Kay.
