Kathleen Ann Kozleuchar

Kathleen A. Kozleuchar (nee Slayton), age 77 of Oconomowoc, passed away peacefully at her home on Saturday, March 21, 2015. Kathleen is survived by her children Judith Schumaker, Leonard (Cynthia) Kozleuchar and Anthony (Piyaporn) Kozleuchar. Cherished grandmother to Tanya Kozleuchar, Trina (Josh) Pella, Katie (Patrick) Bakic, Mandy (Nick) Christian, Rebecca (Eric) Anonich, Davey (Patti) Gorichanaz and Tommy (Heather) Gorichanaz along with several great-grandchildren that were very special to her. Kathleen is also survived by her sister Mary 'Mickey' Corbin along with other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her beloved husband Paul Kozleuchar, parents, sister Elizabeth Dettinger, daughters Jessica Kozleuchar and Jennifer Freeman, grandson Anthony L. Kozleuchar. Funeral services for Kathleen will be held at Pagenkopf Funeral Home on Friday, March 27, 2015 at 12:00 PM. Visitation will be from 10:30AM until the time of the service. Burial will follow at LaBelle Cemetery in Oconomowoc.
