Kathryn Ann Bartlett

Kathryn “Aunt Butch” Ann Bartlett, age 79, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2023 with her daughter by her side. Kathryn was born on April 14, 1943 in Fort Dodge, IA to John and Dorothy Kapustka.

Kathryn is survived by her daughter, Theresa (Peter) Scheid; grandchildren, Suzanne Kathryn, Emily Clair, William Alexander; sister, Dorothy (John) Engler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousin, family and friends.

Kathryn is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert M. Bartlett; daughter, Diane L. Trim; siblings, Stanley, Margaret, Ruby, Franklin, Marilyn, Anna, Donald, and James.

Kathryn loved to travel the world, cheating at cribbage and enjoyed tending to her garden, crocheting and knitting. She loved a good manhattan and champagne without the juice (it was just a waste of space). Her grandchildren brought her great joy and she will be missed dearly.

A private family service will take place.
