Kenneth Ray Gardner

Kenneth Ray Gardner, passed away suddenly on October 25, 2024, at the age of 74. Ken was born in Council Bluffs, IA on June 15, 1950 to Henry and Shirley (nee Kady).

Ken was a devoted patriot who served his country with honor and distinction in the US Navy for 22 years, embodying the values of loyalty, courage, and sacrifice throughout his career.

Ken enjoyed fishing, hunting, and working on boats. He could often be found in his garage, fixing anything that was broken or lending a helping hand to those in need. He was a jack of all trades as well.

Ken is survived by his wife of 41 years, Linda; sons Kenneth Steven (Lisa) and Robert (Jessica); grandchildren Amanda, Billy, Kenneth Jerome and Connor; sister Donna (Charlie) Stark; and many other loving family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Allen.

A visitation to celebrate Ken’s life will take place on Tuesday, November 5, 2024 at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (NEW ADDRESS: 2228 N. Silver Maple Lane, Oconomowoc, WI 53066) from 11:00AM-1:00PM. Following the visitation, a service honoring his life will be held, with military honors to conclude the ceremony.
