My love, my husband, my angel ❤. Today our private battle with this horrible disease has come to an end. I’m sorry you and I had to go through this for over 5 years. I’m sorry for the pain it caused you. I’m sorry that our dreams to live together forever were crushed by this horrible disease. You put in such a brave fight. Your love for us never weakened. We made a promise to support and care for one another no matter what. We held together tight during our last journey. We walked through the pain, the sorrow, the tears, the unknown, and scare together. Your last words were ‘I love you so much’. ‘God, please take me'. When you said those words to me, I knew you were ready. It was so painful to see you in pain. I wish I could have shared your pain. You were breathing heavily when I visited you today. Like a gentleman, you waited until I left and then you let it go. Peacefully. Kevin, you hold my heart, forever. I’m honored for your love. I’m so blessed to have had you in my life for 23+ years. I promise, I will cherish every single moment I had with you. I don’t know how I will move forward without you. I trust that you will guide me from heaven. I’ve heard that angels have powers, and you are my angel. We shared a beautiful family. Your daughters Kristy and Melanie, their family, your grandkids Preston and Taylor. My two boys Benjamin and Daniel, and your grandchild Aaron. Your Finnish family. You will be so missed. We pray, that you are at peace. We pray, that you show signs to us that you are okay.
