Leo Gleason

Leo T. Gleason, 84, of Ixonia, completed his journey here and entered into Eternal Life at his home, with his family by his side on Friday, March 1, 2013. Leo is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Sally (nee Hilliker) Gleason, sons Charlie (Patti) Beyersdorf, Bob Beyersdorf, Jim (Lori) Gleason, daughter Susie (Sean) Hammock, brother Ray (Mary) Gleason, sister Evelyn Helgestad, nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren along with many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents Frank (Hanna) Gleason, brother John Gleason and sister Irene Eiche. Leo retired as a superintendant with the City of Oconomowoc Utilites and was a US Army veteran. He enjoyed playing golf, was an avid card player and always did things 'the Gleason way.' Leo enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Funeral services for Leo will be held at Pagenkopf Funeral Home in Oconomowoc on Monday, March 4, 2013 at 7:00 PM. Visitation for family and friends will take place from 5:00 PM until the time of the service. Military honors will immediately follow the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to ProHealth Hospice. Special thanks to ProHealth Hospice, especially Bonnie, for their care and support.
