Loren P. Stilley

Loren Peter Stilley of Okauchee, WI, was taken from us on Sunday, October 1, 2017. Loren was born August 18, 1975, the son of Robert Merrle and Shirley Ann Stilley (nee Post) who both predecease him. Loren was gentle, fun loving, kind and generous. He brought an enthusiasm and contagious energy to everything he touched. Loren loved spending time with his daughters, be it letting them dress him up and do his makeup or play shopkins. He had wonderful memories of fishing with his son and stories of him he never tired of repeating. He was a lifelong resident of Okauchee who loved his community and everyone in it. Loren was the kind of man who, if someone needed help, would drop what he was doing to lend a hand. He also liked to hunt and boasted bringing down a deer with his crossbow this year. He worked at CG Schmidt and truly enjoyed his co-workers. He was blessed to have so many family members and dear friends he called family, whom he loved and who will miss him. Loren was well-loved and survived by his beloved children: son, Shawn Douglas Sawvell; daughter, Jillian Dakota Stilley; and special daughter, Sierra Grace Scarce; Jillian and Sierra’s mother, Katie Mary Boerschinger; girlfriend, Shannon Brooke Karow; uncles Albert (Red) Post, Gary Stilley, William Stilley and Donald Stilley; aunts Linda Stilley, Mary Langerman and Robin Villalpando; numerous cousins and his many friends. A celebration of Loren’s life will be held at Pagenkopf Funeral Home (1165 E Summit Ave, Oconomowoc) on Friday, October 13, 2017 from 4 pm until 8 pm.
