Mabel Irene Nelson

Mabel Irene Nelson, age 100, from Delafield, WI, passed away peacefully at Shorehaven on Thursday, March 17, 2016. Mabel is survived by Judy Roberts-Stocks, Jim Darrow (Alice), daughter-in-law Marge (Ray) Kilpatrick-Hagar, her grandchildren Scott (Michelle) Roberts, Mike (Debbie) Roberts, Jim (Joan) Darrow, Tom (Kathy) Darrow, Kris Andres (Jeff), Tricia (Jason) Smith, Chuck (Jami) Kilpatrick, Kraig Kilpatrick, Kelly (Melissa) Kilpatrick, Kimberly Kilpatrick, and Kory Kilpatrick, her great grandchildren Kevin (Katie) Roberts, Kayla (Spencer) Roberts, Steven Roberts, Holly (Jordan) Fackler, Nathan Darrow, Elizabeth (Tim) Adam, Lauren Smith, Alex Kilpatrick, Gage and Devan Andres, step great grand daughter Linda Mair and four great great grandchildren Ryder, Hank, Caleb and Josiah. Mabel was preceded in death by her husbands Robert Darrow, Kenneth Kilpatrick and Fran Nelson. Her two sons Michael and Timothy Kilpatrick and great grandson Ryan Kilpatrick. Mabel served on the local service area of the Delafied Presbyterian Church for many years, she was the town treasurer of the town of Delafield for 20 years, she was a den mother for the cub scouts for many years and she loved to garden, bake, embroidery and she loved to have the doors swing for family. Services will be held on Tuesday March 22, 2016 at 11:00am with a visitation at 10:00am at Shorehaven (1305 W Wisconsin Ave, Oconomowoc) and burial at LaBelle Cemetery.
